Radiohead logo creation


















This is the logo for my artist Young Wonders that I have created to use in my music video.
I have tried to add a sense of disruption by cutting the name in half, adding a shadow, and then duplicating it below.  I added a minuscule: ø to the first 'O' in 'Young'. This adds a sense of originality even though it may not be grammatically correct. It is also memorable, and unconventional, and different from the normal spelling of 'young'. 
As a band, Radiohead tries to stand out from society, cause disruption, and be different. I think that through including these elements in my music video for the song by this band, I have reflected the ideas and traits of Radiohead well. I will include this logo at various points throughout my video.

Taylor Swift  - 'You Need To Calm Down’ Directed by Drew Kirsch & Taylor Swift CINEMATOGRAPHY This video was shot in Santa Clarita, California. This means that the colours are all very bright and vivid, as the bright sun enhances the bold colours. This in turn keeps all of the scenes exciting and visually interesting to look at.  In addition, the bright colours and lack of dark shadows reflects the overall positive LGBT pride and happy, relaxed tone of the piece, with hints of mockery towards those that are against sexuality freedom and self-expression. Drones are frequently used to capture birds-eye shots of a pool float in the middle of a large paddling pool. This shot type allows us to see the whole pool, and highlights the individual in the centre, creating a more impactful shot.
